Playtime stories-"Angy" (An-Jee) The Alligator

It was humid day in Mumbai, a mother (I) and son (Vihaan) were busy with their daily errands.  Vihaan was busy shouting and running around when I went to pick clothes from laundry line and behold, what I saw knocked the breath out of my lungs, It was an Alligator!!

But wait a minute, aren't Alligators only found in America and china?? This is what I was thinking, when this Ferocious being said, Hey there, I m Angy (An- Jee),I have a habit of sleep walking and last night when I was sleeping in America I happened to somehow board a plane to India in my sleep walking and ended up being here in Mumbai. I was so terrified, i couldn't recognize anybody and all this while I was roaming here and there when I heard you guys!! and out of curiosity I came to see you!!

Aww !! isn't that sweet, Vihaan wit his tender little hands picked Angy up, and started talking to him, touching it's milky white teeth and spinning wheels!! Angy wasn't ferocious at all, in fact it is a friendly little buddy of ours now :)

"Angy" likes to eat fishes, turtles and other mammals.... Angy really liking it here and has decided to be with us for some time, lets see how it goes....

90/365 / Bigfoot on the scooter / Playtime Stories

It was not so usual day for us, we (I and Vihaan) were busy playing in the yard when we heard a loud Peep-Peep!!

It seemed to be coming from the corn and coriander  beds!! But who could be there?? 
we went ahead to have a closer look, and behold Loo!! what we saw was so unthinkable, so unrealistic,   "Big Foot" riding a scooter :O

It had traveled all the way from the Dark dense forest to our kitchen garden on it's Pink scooter ;) Bigfoot told us that it likes it  munches on the corn and chilles, and peas, and mint, and all the veges in the garden!!

and we asked it that there is a lot of discussion about its existence, would it like to say something about that?? Bigfoot replied that it will continue to exist and be seen by the beings that believe in its existence and the one's that do not, he will never come close to them ....



it said that it has also changed over the years, earlier it used to trek on its two legs and it was so tiring but now it has a super fast scooter and travelling anywhere is so easy :)

After a long casual chat in the afternoon sun, as a token to love, Bigfoot gifted Vihaan its pink scooter, Bigfoot indeed has a biggg Heart as well!!

Vihaan just fell in love with the scooter!!

While Vihaan spent rest of his day playing with the scooter, the Bigfoot had an afternoon siesta under the shade of a tomato plant :)

74/365 / Sandy The Snail / Playtime Stories

While today Vihaan and I were busy playing, something on the window sill caught our attention!!

Behind the curtain there was a teeny-tiny creature!!

It was a snail !! A happy-tappy snail named Sandy!! 

Sandy lives underground but as it was raining , it came out of the ground so as not to get drowned...and climbed all way up to the window to enter our home...to meet vihaan!!

Sandy was very hungry....and it munched on few leaves of our indoor plant!!

It told us that it is herbivores and eats plants, vegetables, and fruits... 

After sandy was done with it's vegan lunch, it made friends with Vihaan...Vihaan very carefully touched its long ears called the Tentacles....and its shell, which protects and houses the snail.

Very soon, both became very good friends...!! and finally Sandy decided to stay with us for sometime, till the monsoon is over for the season!!

So that was the story of Sandy!!

I had been out for grocery shopping today and got this new toy for Vihaan!!

Actually he picked up this one from a large collection of toys, may be because of the bright colors..!! we thought of making up a story and giving it a name :)
